Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations to give effect to proposals made by the regulatorunder section 7(2) of the Building Safety Act 2022 after consulting in accordance with section 7(3) of that Act, and section 120B(1) of the Building Act 1984 after consulting in accordance with section 120B(2) of that Act.
