The Welsh Ministers make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 170(4)(a)(ii), (4)(a)(iii), (4)(a)(iv), (4)(a)(v), (4)(b)(iii), (4)(b)(iv), (4)(b)(v), (4)(b)(vi), (4)(b)(viii), (4)(b)(ix), (7) and (8) of the Building Safety Act 2022.
