The Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2022 (revoked)
These Regulations amend the Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/2215) (“the 2010 Regulations”). The amendments in this instrument follow on from the repeals to the Building Act 1984 set out in section 48 (removal of insurance requirements) of the Building Safety Act 2022 (c. 30).

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 47(1), (2) and (5), 49(5), 50(1), (4) and (6), 51(1) and (2), and 51A(2), (3) and (6) of, and paragraphs 2 and 10 of Schedule 1 to, the Building Act 1984.
