The Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Act 2025 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2026
These Regulations bring into force section 48 (extension of prohibition on employment to other working arrangements) of the Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Act 2025 (c. 31) (“the Act”). They are the fourth commencement regulations made under the Act.
