The Bathing Water (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2016
These Regulations, which apply in relation to Wales, amend Part 2 of Schedule 2 (surface waters in Wales) to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 (“the Regulations”), which lists the waters identified by the Welsh Ministers as bathing waters in Wales.

The Welsh Ministers are designatedfor the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972in relation to measures relating to water resources and make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section.
