The Anti-social Behaviour (Designation of the City of London Corporation) Order 2015
This Order designates the City of London Corporation (in the various capacities in which it exercises power to make byelaws in relation to open spaces outside of the City of London) for the purposes of section 71 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (c. 12) (“the 2014 Act”) in relation to specified land. As a result of the designation, the City of London Corporation (in its various capacities) has the powers of a local authority under Chapter 2 of Part 4 of the 2014 Act in relation to the specified land. This includes the power to make public spaces protection orders and to authorise persons to issue fixed penalty notices.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 71(1) and 181(2) of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, makes the following Order.
