The Antarctic (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Regulations 2018
These Regulations amend the Antarctic (Isle of Man) Regulations 1997 (S.I. 1997/2968), which extended the Antarctic Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/490) to the Isle of Man with certain modifications, to extend to the Isle of Man the amendments made to those Regulations by the Antarctic (Amendment) Regulations 2008 (S.I. 2008/3066) and the Antarctic (Amendment) Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/706).

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(1), 10(1), 11(1), 14(1), 25(1) and (3) and 32 of the Antarctic Act 1994, as extended to the Isle of Man by the Antarctic Act 1994 (Isle of Man) Order 1995.
