The Animal By-Products (Enforcement) (England) Regulations 2013
These Regulations revoke, in relation to England, the Animal By-Products (Identification) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/614) and revoke and remake the Animal By-Products (Enforcement)(England) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011/881) incorporating provisions relating to staining by-products from the Animal By-Products (Identification) Regulations 1995.

These Regulations make provision for a purpose mentioned in section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and it appears to the Secretary of State that it is expedient for the reference to Commission Regulation ()142/2011 (implementing Regulationof the European Parliament and of the Council laying down health rules as regards animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption and implementing Councilas regards certain samples and items exempt from veterinary checks at the border under that Directive) to be construed as a reference to that instrument as amended from time to time.
