The Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Eligibility) (England) and Persons Subject to Immigration Control (Housing Authority Accommodation and Homelessness) (Amendment) Regulations 2024
Regulation 2 of these Regulations makes a number of changes to the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Eligibility) (England) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/1294) (“the Eligibility Regulations”).

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 160ZA(2) and (4) and 185(2) of the Housing Act 1996and sections 118(1)(a), 119(1) and 166(3) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
