The Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2012 (revoked)
This Order amends the Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/2836). As of 10th September 2012 Pontefract County Court ceases to be a family hearing centre.
