The Airports Slot Allocation (Alleviation of Usage Requirements) Regulations 2021
These Regulations make amendments to retained EU law in the field of aviation, relating to the allocation of slots at congested airports. They amend the period, set out in Article 10a(1) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 95/93 of 18 January 1993 on common rules for the allocation of slots at United Kingdom airports, during which slot coordinators are to consider slots to have been operated by the air carrier to which they were initially allocated. The end date of the period is amended from 27 March 2021 to 30 October 2021.
