The Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2026
This Order amends the Air Navigation Order 2016 (S.I. 2016/765) (“ANO 2016”) and Schedule 9 to the Air Traffic Management and Unmanned Aircraft Act 2021 (c. 12).

His Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Him by sections 60(1), (2)(b), (3)(d) and (h) and (4), 61(1)(a) and 101(1)(a) of, and Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982and paragraph 1(4)(a) of Schedule 11 to the Air Traffic Management and Unmanned Aircraft Act 2021is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order as follows:
