The Agriculture Act 2020 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provision) (England) Regulations 2021
These Regulations bring into force in England, on 1st September 2024, paragraphs 10 to 16 and paragraph 18 of Schedule 3 to, and, in part, section 36 of the Agriculture Act 2020 (c. 21) (“the Act”). These are the first commencement regulations under the Act which apply in relation to England only.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 57(2) of the Agriculture Act 2020.
