The Additional Learning Needs Code (Appointed Day) (Wales) Order 2021

This Order appoints 1 September 2021 as the day on which the Additional Learning Needs Code (“the Code”) issued under section 4 of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (“the Act”) by the Welsh Ministers comes into force.
