The High Speed Rail (London – West Midlands) Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2017

These are the first and only Commencement Regulations under the High Speed Rail (London – West Midlands) Act 2017 (“the Act”). All other provisions came into force on the passing of the Act.
