The Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Guernsey) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2012

These Regulations, which come into force on 19th November 2012, amend the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Guernsey) Regulations 2009 (“the 2009 Regulations”).
