The Labour Market Enforcement (Code of Practice on Labour Market Enforcement Undertakings and Orders: Appointed Day) Regulations 2016

These Regulations bring into force a code of practice giving guidance to enforcement authorities about the exercise of their functions under sections 14 to 23 of the Immigration Act 2016 (labour market enforcement undertakings and orders).
