The Libya (European Union Financial Sanctions) Regulations 2016 (revoked)

These Regulations make provision relating to the enforcement of Council Regulation (EU) No. 2016/44 dated 18th January 2016 (OJ L 12, 19.01.2016, p.1) concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya (“the Council Regulation”).
