The Abergelli Gas Fired Generating Station (Correction) Order 2020

This Order corrects errors in the Abergelli Gas Fired Generating Station Order 2019 (S.I. 2019/1268), a development consent order made under the Planning Act 2008 (c.29), following a request under paragraph 1(5)(a) of Schedule 4 to that Act.
