These Regulations amend paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Church of England Pensions Measure 2018 so as to provide that, under the Church of England’s past service scheme, the amount of the full basic pension where payment begins on or after 1st April 2026 is based on the national minimum stipend for the current year instead of that for the preceding year.
