The Civil Legal Aid (Financial Resources and Payment for Services and Remuneration) (Amendment) Regulations 2023

These Regulations amend the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Resources and Payment for Services) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/480) (“the Means Regulations”) and the Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/422) (“the Remuneration Regulations”).
