The Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 (Commencement) Regulations 2022

These Regulations bring into force on the 6th April 2022 those provisions of the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 (c. 11) which are not already into force. Sections 6(2) to (7), 7 to 9 came into force on Royal Assent.
