This Order specifies the existing vocational specifications which are to be treated as if they were apprenticeship frameworks issued under section 19(1) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (“the Act”). The existing vocational specifications are to be treated as being issued on 23 June 2013, and are to be treated as being withdrawn on 28 June 2013. The Schedule to the Order specifies, for each of the existing vocational specifications, the qualification that is to be treated as the competencies qualification, and the level and apprenticeship sector that is to be treated as being stated in the deemed framework.
