The Seafarers' Wages Act 2023 (Commencement) Regulations 2024

These Regulations bring into force the remaining provisions of the Seafarers’ Wages Act 2023 (“the Act”), as anticipated by section 20(3) of the Act, insofar as they were not already in force pursuant to section 20(2) of the Act.
