The Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013 (Commencement) (England) Order 2013

This Order brings into force, in England, the Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013. The Act (apart from section 12, which came into force on Royal Assent) comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
