The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 2017

This Order revokes the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2011 (S.I. 2011/1081) and amends the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1159) (“the 1986 Order”).
