The Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2018

These Regulations bring into force section 3 of the Air Travel Organisers' Licensing Act 2017 (c. 33), the only provision of that Act not commenced on Royal Assent. Section 3 will come into force on 1st July 2018.
