The Guardianship (Missing Persons) Act 2017 (Designation of Court) Regulations 2019

These Regulations designate the High Court to have jurisdiction to exercise the functions of the court in relation to proceedings under the Guardianship (Missing Persons) Act 2017 (c. 27).
