This Order, made under section 45(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017, provides for a variation of the Power to Award Degrees etc (Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education) Order of Council 2013, so that Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education's existing Degree Awarding Powers authorisation remain valid until 31st July 2020. This Order will come into force on 1st August 2019.
