The Higher Education and Research Act 2017 (Commencement No. 1) (Wales) Regulations 2018

These Regulations are made under section 124(2) and (3) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 (“the Act”). They are the first Regulations which bring specified provisions of the Act into force in relation to Wales.
