The Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2025

This is the eighth Commencement Order made by the Welsh Ministers under the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (“the Act”). It brings into force section 160(5) of the Act on 31 March 2025.
