The Motorways Traffic (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2018

These Regulations amend the Motorways Traffic (Scotland) Regulations 1995 so as to allow a learner driver to drive a car on the motorway provided the driver is supervised in the vehicle by an approved driving instructor in a dual control car.
