The Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Act 2023 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2024 (revoked)

These Regulations are the second commencement regulations made under the Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Act 2023 (c. 16) (“the Act”) and they bring into force those provisions which are not already in force.
