This Order amends the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (External Requests and Orders) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/3181) (“the 2005 Order”) in relation to giving effect in England and Wales and Scotland to external requests within the meaning of section 447 of the Proceeds of Crime Act2002 (c. 29) (“the Act”).
