This Order amends the Offender Management Act 2007 (Establishment of Probation Trusts) Order 2010 by inserting a new article 3A. New article 3A designates Wales Probation Trust as a “Welsh probation trust”. The amendment will enable the Auditor General for Wales to examine the accounts of the Wales Probation Trust in accordance with paragraph 13 of Schedule 1 to the Offender Management Act 2007.
