The Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (Commencement and Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Order 2014

This Order, which applies in relation to Wales and the Welsh inshore region, brings into force certain provisions of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (“the 2009 Act”).
