Enabling power
The Secretary of State for International Trade makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 13(5), 32(1), (7) and (8), 51(1)(b) and 56 of, and paragraphs 21, 30, 31 and 32(3) of Schedule 4, and paragraphs 21, 29 and 31(3) of Schedule 5 to, the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018.
