Correction Slip 1
These Regulations amend the law relating to the preparation of the annual accounts of companies (and partnerships all of whose members have limited liability) and related matters such as the filing of such accounts. They extend to the whole of the United Kingdom.

In accordance with paragraph 2(2)of Schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972 and sections 473(3), 484(3), 1290 and 1292(4) of the Companies Act 2006, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
