The Secretary of State, considering that the requirements of section 45(2) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018are met, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 3(1)(b)(ii) and (iii), (c)(ii) and (iii), (d)(ii) and (iii) and (f), 3(2)(a), 9(2)(a), 10(2)(a) and (c), 11, 15(2)(a) and (b) and (3), 16, 17 and 45 of that Act:
