Correction Slip 1

These Regulations revoke and remake the Gangmmasters Licensing (Exclusions) Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/649). They make provision for the circumstances in which a licence to act as a gangmaster, required under section 6(1) of the Gangmasters Licensing Act 2004 (c. 11), is not required. The circumstances in which a licence is not required are set out in the Schedule. A full impact assessment of the effect that this instrument will have on the costs of business has been prepared and placed in the library of each House of Parliament.
