Correction Slip 1
This Order designates a number of directives of the Council of the European Union that include measures relating to the limitation of emissions of certain pollutants as relevant directives for the purposes of paragraph 20(1)(b) of Schedule 1 to the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 (c.24) (“the 1999 Act”) to apply in respect of the areas set out in article 1(2) and 1(3).
