Enabling power
The Secretary of State, being a Minister designatedfor the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972in relation to matters relating to the combating of late payment in commercial transactions, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section of that Act and section 14A of the Interpretation Act 1978.
