Enabling power
The Secretary of State and the Department of Health in Northern Irelandmake the following Regulations. They do so in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) and (5) of the European Communities Act 1972, having been designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of that Act in relation to medicinal products.
