This is the fourth commencement order made under the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (c. 24) (“the 2013 Act”). Certain provisions came into force on the passing of the 2013 Act.
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 100 and 103(3) and (4) of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013.
