Correction Slip

Part 11 of the Planning Act 2008 provides for the imposition of a charge known as the Community Infrastructure Levy. These Regulations amend the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 which implement the detail of the Community Infrastructure Levy.

Accordingly, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 206(6), 209(5), 216A, 216B, 217(5), 220(1) and 222(1) of the Planning Act 2008, and with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations:
