Enabling power
The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22C(11) and 104(4) of and paragraphs 12A, 12B and 12E of Schedule 2 to the Children Act 1989and sections 56(3), 57(6), 58(2) and 140(7) and (8) of the Adoption and Children Act 2002.
