These Regulations make provision that supplements amendments made to the Poisons Act 1972 (c.66)
(�??the 1972 Act�?�) by section 90 of, and Schedule 21 to, the Deregulation Act 2015 (c. 20).
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3A(8), 4A(10), 7(1), 9B(1) and 10(1) of the Poisons Act 1972.
