Correction Slip
These Regulations prescribe the procedure for the making, variation and deletion of site rules, prescribe the matters to which site rules may and may not relate and grant appeal rights in relation to these matters, under provisions which have been inserted into the Mobile Homes Act 1983 (“the 1983 Act”) by section 9 of the Mobile Homes Act 2013. They also make amendments to the Mobile Homes (Selling and Gifting) (England) Regulations 2013 and make consequential amendments to the Mobile Homes (Written Statement) (England) Regulations 2011.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2)(e), subsection 1(9)(a), section 2C, subsections (3), (6) and (7) of section 2D of, and paragraphs 7B(7), 7C, 8B(7) and 8C of Chapter 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to, the Mobile Homes Act 1983, makes the following Regulations:
