Correction Slip
These Regulations, made under Part 1 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, make provision in England and Wales for land to be registered as a freehold estate in commonhold land.

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 3, 9(2), 11(3), 13, 17(1), 19(1), 21(2), 24(6), 31(2), 32(1), 37(1), 45(2), 51(3), 57(3), 58(5) and paragraphs 2 and 16 of Schedule 3 to the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, makes the following Regulations:
