Correction Slip
Sections 26(3) and 47 of the Higher Education Act 2004 enable the Secretary of State to specify an index to which she is to have regard in deciding whether any increase in the basic or higher tuition fee amounts is no greater than required to maintain the value of the amounts in real terms.
